For quick, efficient processing of your
return, please follow the procedures below when returning merchandise
to JI/Parts Authority. Credit will be given for new merchandise returned
that is not obsolete, still in saleable condition and sold to FedEx
by Parts Authority. Cores must be returned in the boxes sent with
the replacement part. Cores, defects and new returns to be sent PREPAID
to Parts Authority, ATTN Returns Department, 5944 Peachtree Corners
East, Norcross, GA 30071. Should return be necessary as a result
of a Parts Authority shipping error, obtain a return number by email
to teamfedex@partsauthority.com. Include a
description of the problem in order to get a FedEx Ground Pickup tag.

1. Print this page, one for each shipping
carton. Add parts on a separate page, if needed. |
2. Fill out data fields below with info for that carton. |
3. Include one copy in each shipping carton. |
4. Do not mix different types of returns (warranty with
new, cores with warranty, etc.). |
5. Keep a copy of each page with the tracking number(s)
until you receive your EDI credit. |
